Today is the day before my oldest neice Sara's 8th birthday. With her actual birthday being on a Monday, her father decided to have her party the day before, on the Sunday. We had a lot of fun. There were hot dogs and burgers with pickles served with lunch followed by a delicious chocolate cake and presents! The kids really enjoyed themselves bobbing for apples and playing soccer, building sand castles and playing pin the tail on the donkey (the adults amused themselves more than the children with the ladder).
I absolutely love spending time with my family and today was a perfect day for it. :)
Sara was so excited a ladybug landed on her hand so she asked me to take a picture of it on her.
The kids bobbing for apples. They had so much fun doing this. At one point even the dogs poked their heads in a couple of times. Good laughs!
I believe this was Megan bobbing in this picture. It was so cute, she had so much trouble getting any apples at all. Her little mouth was too small!
My handsome boyfriend and equally handsome baby brother having an "important" conversation about cars.
My brother has an enourmous swing that he hand painted pink for his three girls in his back yard. Mr. Man loved it. This is where he spent a lot of his time!

My beautiful niece Ely Jade. I snapped this picture as she was sitting by herself at the end of the picnic table with a big bag of Doritos. As you can tell by the orange smudge across her face, they were delicious!
My brother's beautiful cat, Milo. Aside from being chased around by his much bigger doggy brother, he mostly just hangs out on the porch looking handsome.

Everybody was laughing at the way Dominic was describing what he wanted Mic to do to him. When he finally understood what we were talking about this it was it turned out to be. Oh kids!
